Although our work originally consisted of making complete dies and moulds, the need soon arose for manufacturing high-quality carbide components. A development in the market which PSS has capitalized on adequately whith its specific knowledge. We have maintained an excellent reputation with regard to the complicated processing of carbide components. Skills, knowledge and diciplines for which experience has been gained over many years are used every day by a team of enthusiastic staff in order to undertake our work using all of the machining techniques which we have at our disposal for this. Prifiling of “blind ground profile” nipples with radii and other profiles within a tolerance of a few thousand mm is no problem. The profiling of the diamont disks is performed by ourselves at the machine. For us every job is important. We don’t look down on the small jobs, nor we do look up to the large complicated jobs.
